CRM Integrations

Connect your case management system — manually via CSV or automatically via API.

🔒
What we pull from your CRM — and what we block. When syncing, SettleCase.ai pulls only anonymized case metrics: injury type, financial amounts, insurer, liability, and outcome dates. We explicitly block: client names, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, SSNs, and medical provider names. These fields are filtered server-side before any data reaches our database. Full data practices →

NEOS (Needles) Not Connected
Open API · Zapier · CSV Export
Export from NEOS (Needles)
⏱ ~5 minutes · No IT required
01
Export Your Full Database
In NEOS: Reports menu (top nav) → Case Reports → All Cases Report. This exports your ENTIRE case database — not just one case.
02
Set the Date Range
Set date range to cover all years you want (e.g. Jan 2020 – Today) to capture full settlement history.
03
Choose Export Columns
Click Columns → select: File Number, Case Type, Incident Date, Settlement Amount, Demand Amount, Insurance Company, State, Date Closed, Days Outstanding. Skip: Client Name, Phone, Email, SSN (PHI not needed).
04
Export as CSV
Click Export → CSV File. The file will contain ALL cases matching your filter — typically hundreds of rows.
05
Upload the Full CSV Here
Go to Import → Settlement History tab → drag and drop the full CSV. Our column mapper handles NEOS field names automatically. Claim/File Number is used to prevent duplicate imports on re-upload.
06
Re-upload Anytime
If you add new settled cases in NEOS, just export again and re-upload. The system uses the File Number to update existing records rather than creating duplicates.
